After that, we go to few nearby museums to observe the depth of Aseer Province's handicrafts, architecture, and culture. The charming stone and mudbrick painted houses of the typical Aseeri style can be seen in the nearby historic district of Al-Basta. We may go in the direction of Habala, a well-known traditional village perched atop a cliff. We can travel to this special location by telepheric ride. Breakfast at the hotel. Jebel Sawdah and Rijal Al-Ma', two of the most famous locations in Saudi Arabia's highlands, are open for us to explore today. We can begin with a quick drive into the Moshebah Hills, which are covered with vegetation resembling that of the Mediterranean. Later, at the neighboring Sehab Park, we can take in the breathtaking views from the 2,000-meter-high cliffs of the Sarawat Mountains. Our next destination is Jebel Sawdah, which stands at a height of around 3,000 meters and is one of Saudi Arabia's highest points. Even though the word "Jebel" refers to a mountain, Sawdah is actually a hill that provides us with a different dramatic viewpoint as it perches on the edge of the dizzyingly steep Sarawat range.

We travel across the valley to the traditional town of Rijal Al-Ma', which is home to dozens of towering stone structures tastefully decorated with a rainbow of colored stones. This village is the most striking example of Aseeri traditional architecture. We can visit the local museum, which showcases the history of this amazing place, and take a stroll down the narrow, shaded alleyways that link the traditional homes. You are going to drive back for your departure at the end of the afternoon. You can drop off your vehicle at the ABHA airport by heading to the vehicle rental RETURN parking, giving your vehicle over to the BUDGET crew, and finding your way to the departure area.
